Official Registration – World Dance Competition 2026 Final

Official registration for the World Dance Competition 2026 Final will open on September 1, 2026, and will remain open until October 31, 2026.

📅 Registration Deadlines

• September 1 – October 31, 2026: Regular Registration.
• November 1 – November 8, 2026: Late Registration with an additional €20.00 fee per participant.
• After November 8, 2026: Registrations will no longer be accepted.

⚠️ Registrations are limited. The organization reserves the right to close registrations early once the maximum number of participants has been reached.

✨ What’s New in 2026: A Simpler Payment Process

To make the registration process easier and more transparent, payments will be divided into just two stages.

1. Deposit

At the time of registration, a €140.00 deposit per participant is required.

2. Final Balance

You will then receive a single final balance invoice, which will include:

• the remaining balance for the hotel package;
• any additional choreographies.

✅ No other intermediate payments will be required.

🏨 Hotel Booking

To participate in the Final, a minimum stay of two nights at one of the official partner hotels is mandatory.

Only participants from the exempt neighboring provinces, as specified in the General Regulations, are not required to book accommodation.

⚠️ It is not possible to book directly with the hotels.

Hotel reservations must be made exclusively through Ranieri Viaggi, the official travel partner of the World Dance Competition.

This is because the event package includes not only hotel accommodation, but also a range of services provided by the organization, including:

• access to the Final;
• free Masterclasses;
• logistical organization;
• Secretariat and on-site assistance throughout the event.

🎟️ Pre-Registered Schools

Schools that completed the Pre-Registration will not need to wait until the official opening on September 1.

Starting August 1, they will receive an email directly from the Secretariat with exclusive access to complete their Official Registration.

🎥 Video Entry Participants

Participants admitted to the Final through the Video Entry procedure may complete their Official Registration starting September 1, 2026, after receiving their official acceptance email.

It will not be possible to complete the registration before this date.

🩰 Competition Schedule

Please note that the competition will begin on Friday morning with the Academic Dance Disciplines.

All schools participating in these disciplines should plan to arrive at the theatre by 9:00 AM to ensure the smooth running of the event.

The detailed competition schedule, including final timetables, will be published in the weeks leading up to the Final.

The official registration form will be available from September 1, 2026.
