Here we are: the countdown has officially begun!
We know how much passion, time and organization go into every choreography, and we want this page to become your go-to place to reach the Finals in the easiest and calmest way possible.

Here you will find all official updates, practical information and logistical news dedicated to the registered schools.

Daily Schedule

Saturday 6

Opening of dressing rooms for dancers and their companions: 8:15 AM
Please arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the competition (start at 9:30 AM)
Opening of the theatre to the public: 9:00 AM

Sunday

Opening of dressing rooms for dancers and their companions: 7:30 AM
Opening of the theatre to the public: 8:00 AM
Start of the competition: 8:30 AM

Monday

Opening of dressing rooms for dancers and their companions: 7:30 AM
Opening of the theatre to the public: 8:00 AM
Start of the competition: 8:30 AM
From 1:30 PM, meeting point in Piazza Del Popolo in Montecatini (250 m from the Theatre) for the Flash Mob
At 1:50 PM, start of the Parade of all groups for the Closing Ceremony with a show of flag bearers and drummers
Followed by: Awards Ceremony

LOGISTICAL INFORMATION

Teatro Verdi – Secretariat & Material Collection

You can pick up the bags with materials for registered participants in the hall of Teatro Verdi during the following times:

Friday: from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Saturday: from 8:15 AM

TWO STAGES, ONE SINGLE FINAL

This year, the 2025 Finals will be bigger than ever!
Due to the very high number of participants, the performances will be held on two stages, both part of the same event and schedule.

Stage – TEATRO VERDI

Central venue of the event, where most competitions will take place.

Area 2 – “PICCOLO TENSO TEATRO”

A second performance area set up specifically to allow all schools to perform in the best possible way.
This space is designed to maintain a smooth pace and manageable timing, ensuring every performance has its own moment and audience.

Technical details:

Stage size: 9 x 8 m
Backdrop with 2 side wings
Ledwall on stage
Dance floor available
The event will be broadcast live on television

REHEARSALS

Rehearsals for singing, musical and aerial dance will follow the official schedule.
Details and exact times will be published closer to the event.
