📋 Before You Start Your Registration
Completing the registration form takes only a few minutes. To make the process quicker and easier, we recommend having all the required documents and information ready before you begin.
You will need:
✅ A copy of the participant’s ID document or, in the case of a dance school, the Legal Representative’s ID document.
✅ A scanned copy of any Scholarships awarded during the Official Qualifying Competitions.
✅ A signed Medical Certificate for each participant.
(The official template can be downloaded directly within the registration form.)
✅ Personal details for all performers:

Full name
-
Date and place of birth
-
Tax Code
✅ Personal details of teachers and any additional accompanying staff.
✅ Your preferred official partner hotel.

If you don’t have all the required information while completing the form, don’t close it.
At the bottom of the registration form, click the “Save and Continue Later” button.
You will automatically receive an email containing a personal link that allows you to resume and edit your registration at any time without losing the information you’ve already entered.
You may return and update your registration as many times as needed before submitting the final version.
